We approach the hospitality business from two main angles; the conceptual angle and the investment angle, both equally important. Conceptually our approach starts with the market orientation, followed by concept creation, interior design and operational execution. Our hotel investment activities concentrate on feasibility studies, deal-making, business optimisation and asset management.

From our offices in Amsterdam, we oversee the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. Our clients are business and real estate owners, investors, operators and developers seeking to create inspiring and sustainable hospitality businesses.


Your internship at H-Hospitality is unlike any other, we are a small team and you will become an asset in our team, who will be involved in everything we do. Your role in the team is essential from your very first day and will become increasingly important the sooner you will find a good routine in the work that you are going to do.

Naturally, we will give you the guidance that you may expect from us and you will be clearly briefed prior to every project, and various evaluation moments are provided throughout it. At the same time, we have high expectations from you and you will work independently on your projects, as we trust your input.

At H-Hospitality we treat you as a true asset of the company: we are very interested in your thoughts, ideas and analyses.

During your full-time (38 hours) placement at H-Hospitality, you will be involved in many different processes. From brainstorming sessions on new concepts to selecting operating equipment for a restaurant, creating financial analyses, and helping open a new outlet, the possibilities are almost endless and completely depend on the projects that are running at a specific moment. Here are a few examples of processes that you may be involved in:

• Market research
• Concept Creation & development
• Brand development
• Strategy sessions
• Co-developing floor plans & space layouts

• Pre-opening assistance
• Operational guidance

What would we like from you?

• Hotel school Student
• At least 6-month availability
• Understanding of the Dutch language
• 1-2 years of operational F&B experience
• Affinity with the food & beverage industry
• Understanding & awareness of relevant industry trends and developments

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Team player
