Ilario is a Bologna-inspired aperitivo bar and Italian restaurant in De Pijp. At ilario, Bologna’s everyday food and drinking culture arrives to Amsterdam. This is the bar where meals are social, generous, and built around tradition rather than trends. At the centre of the menu is Lasagna alla Bolognese, prepared the traditional way with sette strati (seven layers). Alongside classic aperitivo drinks, Italian wines, and shared plates, ilario brings authentic Bologna food culture to Amsterdam in a relaxed, social setting.
