H-Hospitality was engaged to redevelop the hotel’s experiential cocktail bar located on the 23rd floor, offering expansive views of the city. The brief was to establish a refreshed identity that aligns with the property’s refined and international positioning. The outcome is a seasonally driven bar concept inspired by the Japanese philosophy of shokunin - emphasising craftsmanship, precision, and respect for natural elements.
