A ‘Bistro Moderne’ nestled in De Pijp, Arles offers an artistic take on French cuisine—combining classic flavors with playful, surprise twists in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Chef Numa Muller draws from Provence and jazz-infused energy to create a monthly-changing set menu that delights locals and travelers alike. From concept development to operational setup, H-Hospitality played a key role and continues to be involved in the ongoing management and strategic direction of Arles.
